We’re adding new locations regularly, but our service already covers the whole of England and Wales. Settlement agreement reviews work entirely by phone, video, and secure upload. You don’t need to visit an office, and we don’t need to be in your town.
If you’ve been offered a settlement agreement anywhere in the UK, we can help. Same specialist service, same-day review, employer pays.
Why Use a Specialist Settlement Agreement Solicitor?
Most local solicitors handle settlement agreements as a small part of a general practice. They might review one a month alongside conveyancing, wills, and personal injury work. We review them every day. That volume creates expertise you can’t get from a generalist.
We also offer tools that no other settlement agreement solicitor provides: an eligibility checker, a clause scanner that flags problematic terms, and a fair value estimator. These give you objective data about your agreement before we even speak.
If your settlement agreement isn’t right for you, we can represent you at employment tribunal on a no win no fee basis. Most local firms offering settlement agreement advice don’t have a tribunal practice to fall back on. We do.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a solicitor in my local area for settlement agreement advice?
No. Settlement agreement reviews are done by phone, video, and email. There is no benefit to visiting an office in person. What matters is specialist expertise, not a local postcode. We work with employees across every region of England and Wales from our base in Somerset.
How much does a settlement agreement review cost?
Nothing. Your employer is legally required to contribute towards your independent legal advice. They typically pay £350 to £500 plus VAT, which covers our full review and sign-off service. You pay nothing for the review itself. If you want us to negotiate a better offer, our fee is a percentage of the increase we achieve. If we don’t secure more money, you don’t pay for the negotiation.
How quickly can you review my settlement agreement?
Same day in most cases. Upload your agreement in the morning and we’ll typically complete the review and consultation by the afternoon. If you’re under particular time pressure, let us know and we’ll prioritise.
What if my area isn’t listed on this page?
We can still help. Our service covers the whole of England and Wales. The location pages provide local context about employers and tribunal venues, but the service itself is identical regardless of where you’re based. Call 020 3835 3940 or upload your agreement to get started.
What happens if I don’t want to accept the settlement agreement?
That’s your decision, and we’ll advise you on the alternatives. If you have potential employment tribunal claims, such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, or redundancy issues, we can represent you at tribunal on a no win no fee basis (subject to case assessment). This is something most generalist settlement agreement solicitors cannot offer.
